How Swift Run Renovations began
Swift Run Renovations started with our owner, Colton Keister, and a love of building things well. After earning his degree from Messiah University, Colton spent six years with a home-building company and another three as a project manager, mastering every corner of the construction and remodeling process along the way.
But the longer he worked in the industry, the more he noticed a pattern. Talented crews, beautiful results and homeowners who still walked away frustrated by how the project was run. Missed timelines. Surprise costs. Contractors who went silent when it mattered most. Colton knew remodeling didn’t have to feel that way, so he set out to build a company that proved it.
